Hot Pepper Butter Recipe
Tasty hot pepper spread.
40 small hot peppers
6 cups sugar
1 tbsp salt
1 quart yellow mustard
1 quart vinegar
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups water
I only use half of the peppers and it's still HOT!!
grind peppers, mix sugar, salt, mustard and vinegar. cook 10 -15 minutes Mix flour & water, slowly add to pepper mixture. Boil 5 minutes more. Keep stirring and seal while hot.
