Tuesday - At Work.

There's absolutely NO snow around where I live ---- but head down the road for a few miles and this is what it looks like where I work!

That's pretty Dandy. We got a couple of inches the other night but that's all. It turned sort of slushy during the day but at night stays frozen and hard. I hope we don't get much more, I can live without big snowfalls.

I totally agree with you. I like the fact that I can have some snow at work and drive home to snow-lessness. The Western Communities are kind of like a snow magnet around this area. :lol:

I'm sure that Kildale will attest to that! :blink:

At the golf course, it makes people snakey when they can't get out and play. The course was closed Tuesday AND Wednesday ---- so, I have to be careful.... they'll all be getting "cabin fever" very soon! -_- <_< :unsure:

You're right about the West communities. We had an inch and there was nothing downtown. Ours has just about gone now though. Had the usual 15 species of birds on the deck today.

:blink: We live right outside the city limits but it`s still pretty out of the way. Not much traffic or noise, anyways, we`ll get snow that covers everything and go down the street maybe 5 blocks and there`s nothin! Plus bein we live on a "not very much traveled" road, ours is always the last to be cleaned off in the winter, and the last to be cleaned up after winter in the spring! <_<

dandy, it sounds like you have the best of two worlds. I wouldn't mind seeing the snow but it would be great NOT to have it lurking in the backyard.

we got a fair whack of it the other night. but with us so close to the Beaufort Mountains, we get more than a lot of places.

They've issued a "snow warning" to tonite too! If we get enough snow --- guess who won't be going to work in the morning?!?!? :lol: It's a good thing that it will only last for a day or two! :rolleyes:
