I took this photo at the Whitbread Hop Farm garden show. This little guy is less than 3' at the shoulder. Mainly though, I'm just pleased with the picture.

Isn't that a lovely pic though - I love little ponies and horses like that. There used to be a farm in Qualicum that raised miniature horses and you'd see them running around the fields in a herd - it was magical.

I like the way the light catches on him., and you can see the hairs on his nose.

Thanks for the picture Rich! I love those mini horses and they almost remind me of dogs, when it comes to having them follow you around.

I copied your photo into an email and sent it to myself at work this morning.

I used it for my work computer's wallpaper. It SOOOOOO sweet! :wub:

I work with a British lady and when I told her that I got it from you and you took it at Whitbread Hop Farm -- she said she's been there and petted the ponies and figures that the one in your pic was one of the one's she's met! :lol:

You got a LOT of compliments on your picture! :P

Very good photo Rich, has a somewhat mysterious air about it.

Your photo is really wonderful. I can almost feel that fluffy mane.

I would love to use the image for a small pastel. Strictly amateur, I don't sell. Strictly non-commercial. (I'm groveling). It will probably hang on my wall until the day comes my son has to figure out what to do with all my "stuff."

Wouldn't be ethical to not ask.
