I just took a book out of the library by Dexter Scott King, the son of Martin Luther King and it's called "Growing Up King". Should be an interesting read.

I am going to look into that book " Best I ever read..." sounds like a real winner.

I just started one called "the Aquariums of Pyongyang" written by Kang Chol-Hwan and Pierre Rigoulot translated by Yair Reiner. It is a testimonial of the North Korean Gulag. Kang is the first survivor of a North Korean concentration camp. There is so much of North Korean History that is untold. They keep a pretty tight lid on their heritage. So there should be some very interesting teachings in this memoir of modern History.

Woo hoo!!!! :P Good job I didn't say that.

Swiss chard. Some people eat it, my family weren't keen, but for colour in the veggy garden they can't be beaten. Bright yellow, orange, white and scarlet stems.

Well, if they are  it was to feed his pretty brown eyed cows. -_-

Very pretty Rich. Is that called Bright Lights? I've heard of that kind before but never have grown it. Yes, that would add a bit of color.

Can you imagine the stir-fry you could cook with that? It's beautiful stuff.

That's not my picture, but the ones I grew this year were the same colours. You can eat it cooked or raw.

It's easy to grow and the seeds are readily available, I can't remember the variety, but the seed catalogue will tell you.
