Thanks for the posts. It was a little chilly, I'm sure they are used to me now as I go down there a few times each week. Still trying to get a good shot of one of the kingfishers, they don't like to hang about though.

Great pic Kildalke-we dont get herons round hgere, tho i used to see loads where i previously lived.

Do you upload the pics straight from the camera, as they look in need of a contrast boost and a bit of USM(magic sharpening)
