I'd love to see the Utah canyons. It's someplace I've always wanted to go.

I really like the rhyming, there were some really clever bits. The rythm was simple yet powerful. The imagery, I nearly felt I was there myself.

Overall, if a trifle redundant at times, it really seemed to flow.

The double arch was extremely intriguing. It's like a double bridge between two separated souls, torn apart yet together; in more ways than one, and this is going to last through time, longer than we can possibly imagine.

Decorated walls, in this context, could be taken as symbolism for wallflowers. Was this intentional?

Also, the significance of Datura. Was this influenced by the influence of this particular substance?

I might be way off. At any rate, it was intolerably cute and sweet.

How was that rude? I honestly didn't mean to. If I only wanted to be rude, why would I have taken the time to actually read the thing? I did like it.

If he was infuenced by the Datura seeds, he'd be very ill or dying. They are very toxic... I'm with erdine!

Lemon chalk, I don't know who you are or what your problem is, but this is a very nice group of very talented people and you show up and act incredibly rude. If you joined this site to be rude why don't you go elsewhere? Connie

Hi. I'm not a poet by any stretch of the imagination. These thinks I write after each of our trips. The first three I wrote were just for the friends that were with us and I thought that it would be a little reminder for them. They are not going in any competition etc. I hate poetry and never did like it. I would post a couple of the others but they would only mean something to our friends.
