Jello Salad

1 large box of Jello ( your favorat flavor)
1 large tub of whiped topping(cool whip)
1 regular box of cream cheese (low fat works best)
1 can crushed pineapple (drained)
1/2 of a small bag of minature marshmellows
2 cups of choped pecauns ( optional)

soften cream cheese and whip till smooth
spoon in whiped topping till it is all well blended
add jello dry (not mixed) blend well by hand
flod in marshmellows,pineapple,and nuts
serves 15-20 people

oh my gosh, we love that salad! we aren't very official tho, we just call it 'that jello fluffy stuff'!!! :lol:
but it sure is good no matter what it is called.

We call it that fluffy jello stuff too. My favorite flavor is pistachio.

Pistachio Jello?? I don't think I've seen any. Pistacho pudding but not jello. Do I need to look in bigger store?
