Lemon...mmmmmm

I jsut harvested a ripe lemon off my tree this morning ! Wohoo!~ Im gonna slice that baby into some tea! :wub:

My lemon bush is smothered in flowers. Somehow I don't think they'll make it through the winter.

rich, try hand pollination. they usually bloom in the fall or winter anyway and the fruit takes a long time to rippen as well. If you ahnd pollinate they will grow.

The problem is that I don't have any more room indoors, it'll have to put up with an English winter outdoors.

It has made it through the winter many times before, but last autumn it was on its last legs, so I fed it up and replanted it with my own mix of compost and it hasn't looked back. This year it doubled in size and now has shedloads of flowers smothering it.
