Digging up my strawberry patch has not been a fun morning (except for popping more grubs) In three minutes I 1) dug up a poor toad (I felt really bad bout that but he was ok and hopped on his way) 2) Before this I never knew we had brown recluses in the garden...one sat himself right on my bare foot! I was wearing sandals but he was on the bare flesh.....I got rid of him real fast. and 3) as if the spider wernt enough, I HATE ANTS! Especially those who bite you and you feel the stings still 5 minutes later :( Who knew tiny black ants could pack such a painful bite, especially bitting you many times! My toes throb :( Trying to eas the pain with baking soda now.
