What kind of cheese do you have...unless you have a deli withg a slicer...I'm certain you haven't had the best grilled together. Most prefred New Yorker but I know after slicling thousands of loafs it seems that a brand Clearfield was the best less salty and I knew when I opened it b the ridges on the side....Creamy...not salty like NY'er. It's a partener with the two...I can have it on white or more so rye but..I tried 2 today way past the carb and fat intake...It's the American cheese that make the difference....never that orage stuff. What is that? Maybe I need to move on to a better chhese and companion.
What's your grilled masterpeice. I'm imaging....Micro waved soaked beagl cips..in olive oil with...........Fontinia with alitle bit of thyme. Need a dip..Maybe mango.

We always have Cheddar in the house. Strong for cooking, medium for sandwiches.
I like to grill a slice of toast, butter it, spread tomato puree on it, sprinkle with powdered cayenne pepper, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, grate cheese over the top and melt it under the grill.
Cheese on toast a la Rich.

Ha Ha Ha. Who ever admits...my co workers.....I sat in a truck today driving to pick up some bricks for a food day that the chef is going to do something on Main street this weekend..I might even go and sample....when the boss is away...he saw us half an hour away and we were not really caught like mice but all, mostly all the other guys went on a yearly camping trip so it was an easy day. Shouldn't be but was. I forgot about the bricks and could and was starting to stack them..Lots of things can be found when needed on 160 acres.
I lost my pase after that and even left early...hands swollen from cheese.....yes one did(Kevin) admit he'd cut it.
I sometimes take advantage.

I LOVE cheese! I love cheese curds too.... I used to get fresh cheese curds from farms in Ontario when I was I kid.... well, actually my parents did. They are totally superior than the curds in supermarkets! Gosh... if only...

It's an a disorder and haven't quite figured it out for myself.....but I know it taste the best when I offered a free slice to children at the deli counter. That thin slice everybody wants untill they get home and it's all stuck together. I order good cheeese thick purpoesly. The simple things in life. I'm so not into proccessed chese. It's the worst and not real. Isn't that a milk logo. Now I remembered there's a cow's milk thing happening or was, seemed to have been stopped because of claims. I should find the link. Taste are very different and I'll wont ever have a favorite chese, but miss really fruit baked farmers cheese.
I think I could melt that fontina on a micro waved begal chip. Now what would that be called because it ant grilled.
