Oh bless her heart jennie. She is a lil hefty though. jennie did she start gaining her weight all of a sudden or did it take a while to come on her? My daughters cat was always slim, and just lately it`s starting to gain ALOT of weight. And she`s done nothing different.

My son's cat got fat after they got the dog. They finally discovered that, when they went to work, the cat ate the dogfood. They'd never seen it touch it but I went over one day to let their dog out when neither of them come home at lunchtime, shouted on Martin and he popped out of the dogfood bag. So, from then on the bag of dogfood was shut in a cupboard instead of sitting in the back hallway.

She weighs 20#'s and it was a gradual gain, after she got "fixed". SHe is a really big cat. She is much taller and longer than the other cats. She gets fed in the morning and the evening, and boy does she hate it. SHe lets me know when she can see the bottom of the food dish :lol:
