Ok, help me decide.
I'm going with this stamp
7682
Random Stone
and now I need two colors. One will be added to the concrete, the other will be a stain added to the top for textured look.

Boo, I love the eggplant and the burnt sienna..
That will look SOO nice when you get r done...
Do you have a time set to do it ? Also with your love of stone..It will really tie in with the garden.
What color patio furniture would you use if you went with the eggplant ? ( I always have to think it thru all the way..)

I don't think Cliff would go for the eggplant but I did like it. It would be something like Prince would have outside his home.
I won't be doing it myself. I can just imagine me up to my elbows in concrete trying to figure the pattern of the stamp. We still have to bust out the old "patio" but if it doesn't rain in the next two weeks we would like to have it done.
Cliff likes the Coffee & Jade. I'm not sure on the Coffee. I don't mind having spots of Jade. Maybe kind of moss like?
Furniture will be plain, plain, plain brown set. I'll try to find a pic.

I like the sand. Maybe it will help to put the furniture picture next to the colors and see which one works best.

Probably the brown-toned ones would be best if you'll have brown furniture. Though I'm partial to the blue ones. ;) I especially love Pennsylvania bluestone. Too bad it's so darn expensive. I'd love to have one of these.

Blue might be right sometime differnt browns can clash. I put a brown coach on a brown carpet in my family room and it make the couch look purple.
Blue, I like Pennsylvania Blue stone also it is a beauty. Most of the homes here have it for walkways.
That is what my new house has as a walkway. It has to be sealed and coated to keep the colors you see in your pics. That part is the pain of PA bluestone but it is pretty.

I have fond memories of going out to the mountains where the mining companies left open areas or where roads were built and gathering that Pennsylvania stone to make a patio with my DAD. I must have been about ten and he would load up the whole neighborhood of kids and we never minded or thought of it as work. Lots of stone and ice cream cones afterwards led to a lot of cheap labor. When the patio was done we went on to gather grapes with the work crew. Homemade grape juice, jelly and a bit of wine made some of that stone have that egg plant color and we never had any idea it would be stylish in the year 2008.

Since we've had so much rain the companies have been working the guys overtime during the sunny days and two of our helpers are on vacation, so we haven't had it done yet.
I'm afraid the colors we chose will be too wild (Coffee & Jade) & perhaps an awful mix  but we can stain a darker tone into the top if it looks too bright.
