not sure where to put this.

I found an unknown maple that's shaped like a Lombardy poplar.
dont know what it is, or where its from.

i think you may have a columnar maple which grows in the same shape as a lombardi popular....very narrow.

I acquired a maple a couple of years ago. It was an offspring from my neighbour's maple tree. Those "volunteers" are crazy! This little maple is about 6 feet tall this year and growing right in the middle of my large Hydrangea bush. We will be yanking it out in a few days, as it'll be too big of a tree for where it is. :lol:
