Think second one is type of ichumonium wasp, not sure. These wasps are fine. When large wood wasps start buzzing round you, then its time to worry. I had bad experience once. I was in my dads workshop a few years ago and one wood wasp was flying about, both me and my dad darted under bench to hide and luckly my dads mate caught it.
