These are my cats. Mouse, Molly, Murphy and Winnie. Do I qualify as a crazy cat person?

You sure do, but that's why we like you. aw, look at those sweeties.

Cliff swears he's not a cat person. Like its uncool to be a cat person (??) but every time he is on a couch one of our boys are sprawled all over him purring like mad. I actually think they like him more than me which I find insulting. :well:

Cats always gravitate to the people who aren't too fond of them!! Maybe it's their:p demanding way of saying, "You WILL love me...when I want you to!"

Hey, you've got a Torti too!! Mine is short haired, but boy is she a @$!*# Sooooo embarassing when I have to take her to the vet...it's a good thing the doc has the fastest hands in the west! The vet is the one who told me Torti's are notorious for being schizophrenic....you know, love you one minute and bite your finger off the next!

My torti is nuts too.........but the calico "Molly" is the crazy old lady of the bunch. She belonged to my grandma and would not let anyone else touch or be in the same room with her. When my grandma went to the foster home the rest of the family was all for taking her to the shelter. I just could'nt do it. She got outside at my grandma's house and I had to feed her for 3 months on the back porch. Then I was finally able to get her back inside the house. My wife and I went over and did some cat whispering every day for a couple of weeks and finally got her to the point of being able to join the other cats and dogs at our home.

How sweet. I have 5 cats.. 3 girls and 2 boys. They are sooooo loved.

About cats gravitating to people who don't like cats....

I read that cats don't like eye contact with strange people. People who like cats will obviously be looking at them.. and a non cat lover will refrain from looking, trying to ignore the cat.

I have 5 cats too, I don't tell too many people that, they kind of look at ya funny, you know Gregory, crazy cat person. My daughter's friend calls me the crazy cat/plant person. I have a calico also her name is Jewel and she rules the roost, all the boys are afraid of her and kind of go the long way to get around her. Janet

They sure do look content. My old tortuous shell cat was way wicked I always told people my shepherds won't bite ya but that cat might.:)

The secret is to get them all around the same color. Then people tend to think its the same cat and you never have to admit how many you have.

Exactly Boo, my wife was doing a bio for work and gave it to me to read. I very carefully suggested leaving out the part about owning 4 cats;).

Well, I guess having 7 makes me the craziest!:p

My tortie, her name is Mudpuddle and calico (Cinderella..definatly a princess) are definatly b*tchy, I also have a dilute calico named Missy(gray and peach) shes a bit psycho . Of course Missy and Mudpuddle are Cinderellas daughters!
Petunia is a tiger that I hand raised after mama abandoned her litter of 5 (I lost 3 and Bear I had to have put to sleep last summer).

Cookie monster is a tortie too. Half her face is black and half is orange...she is so cute. Stripes is a black and gray Tiger and Smokey is a gray and white tiger....I think I got everyone. I would have even more if my husband would let me!

1068 this is Lolly, so named because she steals lolipop's out of the candy jar and bats them all around the house. To me this picture personifies "happy cat". I think Lolly is "with children". When i went to Florida in Feb, she must have gone in to heat and my husband put her outside. He got tired of her constant howls. . .

1069 On the other hand, this would be "unhappy cat" Karma. She is a bit of a snob (goes with the breed i hear) and i couldnt resist putting bows in her hair and taking pics.
