the biggest problem with this pathway to our studio building
is that it's so easy to become distracted along the way -

That is really cool! i'm planning a path thru my shady nook someday. It just looks like a place to sit and relax and enjoy the scenery. Do you have a bench along the way? Buster

thanx buster,

yeah, a bench would be a great idea, or maybe even ;) a hammock ;)
but, no, i don't have either :(
i do, however, have some very comfy wicker furniture on that porch you can see at the end of the trail,
and a small dorm-sized fridge just inside the door :D
a cool spot to kick back and put ones feet up - ahhhh.

garden work??? what garden work?????

I am soooooo green with envy over your beautiful shady walk. I love my sunny gardens but I would also love to have more shade gardens. :(

Beautiful , I'd say , and I wish I had enough property for a little wooded area with a path. I do love shade gardens, and paths.

It sounds like a great life...What is that large plant..a gaint jack in the pulpit on the left. I'm so wanting to know.

I can't have slate on my gardel path..I trip over it.

hi yellow ~
i know just what you mean about the path, i've nearly done a nose dive on more than one occasion
the planting to the left contains colocasia (elephant ears),- i"d guess that's what you're noticing-
along with jacobinia, strobilanthes, coleus and curcuma.

;) ;) ichigo ~ "good" spirit / "evil" spirit ~ it's all in the eye of the beholder, no??

oooh t-shock - don't get me started on the kitty rant again
