I've got a super simple chocolate recipe that I think I've shared before:

Easy Chocolate Cherry Bars

1 devils food cake mix
3 eggs
1 can cherry pie filling

Mix together ( by hand) eggs and dry cake mix. Stir in pie filling. Bake in a greased 9 X 13 pan at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

That's it!! It's great plain, with a little Cool Whip or with vanilla ice cream!! ;)

Quilt Cake

1 german chocolate cake mix
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 jar caramel ice cream topping
8oz Cool Whip

Bake cake according to package directions in 9x13 pan.
While still warm poke holes in top of cake with the handle of a wooden spoon (or some other round poking device). Pour Eagle brand milk over cake. Then pour caramel over cake and spread with spatula. Top with Cool Whip. Chill for about 4 hours and serve. Yummy (and very rich).

Maybe it was a typo and the name is Guilt Cake

My goodness that sounds delisious!! Gives me an excuse to buy more caramel ice cream topping.

Can't go wrong with chocolate cover strawberries. If there was any left I would coat plastic spoons for my coffee.

Other than that plain old melted chocolate in confectionary sugar with some butter on fried hot popin fresh dough nuts, a hole made from a bottle cap.

Have no idea why it is called Quilt Cake. It came from the Texas Ranger's Wives Cookbook. I've made it several times and it is delish, and so easy.
