Hello ...
My one of four or five butterfly shots:blush: .. the slide is sharper then the scan .. What kind ?? Found it at 7,000 feet in the Spring Mountains of Nevada in the summer .. Would this shot work in your world collection ?

Great shot. Sure it would. I'll try and identify it. You might want to check here: http://www.leps.it/ Might be in here. Or here: http://www.nearctica.com/butter/index.htm Don't have time to look myself. Has identified many species for me.
Think is a fritilary of some kind. I'll get back. Anyone got more shots I could use? Say here! Thanks for all the help guys.
Right now I need to write the family and subfamily pages before adding more butterflies and moths.

OK here are some rules about images...
1) You must know what the butterfly is (or I can identify it)
2) You must say what date it was taken and your name
3) The location and country it was taken
4) Any info you have on it. e.g. "There was loads on the lantanas today as it was hot"
