Miracles happen everyday, change your perception of what a miracle is and you'll see them all around you.
Sorry to hear that Marvin and Spider_Lily, I have pretty much the same as normal for this time of year.
We have hummingbirds galore..I have yet to catch a video of them entertaining me in my big bay window like I promised (or said I would anyway) but will do soon. My husband actually just 'saved' two lil guys, or girls? for that matter, from being stuck in our garage! A lot of birds get stuck in there because they think they can get out the window, which I have yet to figure out, they are filthier than dirt itself! But anyway, he ended up catching one with his bare hands and releasing it outside! I was trying to get my camera in time but was too quick to release. Bummer;(

Oh wow... I can't imagine catching one, he must be quick!
My hummers have arrived earlier each year. The first year I saw them they only showed up at the end of August and were gone within several weeks. Now they show up in early May and stay to the fall. I only have maybe 2 or 3 that are always around and fighting over my flowers. Always females but I did see my first actual ruby-throated male last week!! He has only been back a couple time so I am not sure if he is here to stay or was just passing through. My little girls are around all day though :)
I think she was prego in this shot below!
What beautiful pictures you got!

So all of a sudden this week my hummers are gone!!! Last week we have real hot and stormy weather. This week it's been dryer and not so hot. Could this be why do you think?
