Ahhh yes I too love to see Herons, cranes, egrets, loons etc. etc. etc. Can`t wait to open the cottage up and get out on the boat, where the lake is just loaded with all these beauties.

I hated them, when they ate all of the fish from my pond (don't have a pond anymore). They are very bold, and won't fly away when you chase them.

I wondered if there were any pond owners that liked them... they are hard to get rid of when they find a pond stocked with fish...They really don't care that you paid out the wazoo for your koi!
